- 金瓜 1/2 粒
- 牛奶/椰奶 适量
- 糯米粉 适量
- 水 适量
步骤
1. 1）cut the pumpkin into cube size then steam until cook. 2)take a bit of the pumpkin mix with Glutinous rice flour to make a dough! 3)then make the pumpkin dough into small ball size! 4) cook into boiling water until the pumpkin ball float ontop the water and set aside.
2. 1)Keep some pumpkin cube for decoration . 2) the left of pumpkin blend with milk or add some coconut milk to taste. 3) add some honey to taste or sugar when the pumpkin is still hot before blend.
